2025/26 Season

Full year registration is closed. Spring registration is now open! Classes start the week of March 30. Sign up now!

Spring children’s programming culminates with a public performances of Journey to the Stars at Manitoulin Secondary School. Students’ final class will take place at MSS. They are also expected to attend a dress rehearsal on Friday May 29th. Performances are on Saturday May 30. Creative Movement students perform in one show. All other students perform in two shows. Detailed show week schedule will be available at the beginning of the session.

Adult programming is 8 weeks and students do not participate in the spring show.

*Choreography is open to students who take a minimum of 1 other class in any location and who want to make dance a priority in their schedules. Students are expected to participate in community performances, and extra rehearsals to prepare for them, across the Island. They play leading roles in our shows.

Full Year

  • Guaranteed spot in 27 weeks of programming from September to May

  • Includes participation in our winter mini performance and spring production

  • Lowest yearly cost payed in 9 monthly instalments

  • Designed for students who want to prioritize their dance training and become leaders in our dance community

  • Flexible participation in 8- 10 week long fall, winter and spring sessions

  • Full session fee due at beginning of each session

  • Designed for students who want to grow in their dance abilities while balancing other activities

    $150-$246 for 8-9 weeks

Drop-In

  • Only available for adult programming

  • No pre-registration required

  • $12/class, payed in cash or EMT

  • Seniors Dance Fitness is FREE thanks to Assiginack & NEMI Townships

Financial Support

At Body Stories we believe that Everyone is a Dancer and work to lower barriers to participation, such as cost. Below are organizations which support our mission through providing funding for children’s activities.

Jumpstart

  • Up to $600/year ($300 per application)

  • Ages 4-18 eligible

Our Kids Count

  • Up to $300/ year through recreation subsidy

  • Ages 0-12 eligible

Growing Up Through Sports

  • Up to $600/year ($200 per activity)

  • Ages 4-18 eligible

  • Must apply before program start date
